How to Delete Your Data

Option 1 — Disconnect a social account

To revoke PostKaroAI's access to a specific Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account without deleting anything else:

1. Log in and open the relevant Brand.
2. Go to Social Accounts.
3. Click Disconnect next to the account.

This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token for that account — we can no longer read or post to it afterward.

Option 2 — Delete your whole workspace

Workspace owners can remove everything — all connected social accounts, brands, and content — in one step:

1. Log in and go to Team.
2. Scroll to the Danger zone section.
3. Click Delete workspace and confirm with your password.

This immediately revokes every connected social media credential and removes your brands and content from active use. The underlying records are then permanently purged from our database within 30 days (a short window we keep purely to recover from accidental deletions or investigate fraud/abuse — not to keep using your data).

Option 3 — Can't log in, or want your account removed entirely

Email postkaroai@breval.co.in from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We'll verify it's really you, confirm what's being deleted, and complete it within 30 days. We'll reply to that same email once it's done.

If you disconnected PostKaroAI from your Facebook/Instagram settings directly

Removing PostKaroAI's access from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites page stops us from accessing that account, but doesn't automatically delete anything already stored — use Option 1 or email us so we can also remove the stored token and account record on our side.
